Best customer service and dental experience. Erica is always the sweetest and makes you feel like you’ve been best friends for years. All of the staff is welcoming and extremely efficient. There is transparency of work being done and helps to understand procedures and personal dental health. I always look forward to my appointments which is tough to say of a dentist.
Dr. Patel is thorough, kind, and attentive to your questions and concerns. The staff is a complete Joy to deal with, and their professionalism is unmatched. The facility is super luxurious in a really nice part of Dallas. Can’t recommend them enough. Oh, and their services are actually more affordable than most other places.
