We have now been going back and forth with UDream Dental Artesia for a full YEAR regarding a refund. My mother was asked to pay upfront for a treatment plan, which was then interrupted by the pandemic. After her dentist was moved to the Fullerton office, she chose to continue her treatment there as she felt more comfortable going to a dentist she had already worked with. She kept being asked to pay for continued treatment by the Fullerton office, so we inquired about the money she had already paid to the Artesia office. We were told by the Fullerton office that there was no money received from Artesia and that we would need to work with them for a refund. It has now been a year of going back and forth with the Artesia office. I have spoken to no less than eight different employees at both the Fullerton and Artesia offices and have reached out to two different executives with no response. Stag was friendly and they got me in and out quickly, even managed to get in before my appointment which is rare in any healthcare service I feel. Highly recommend them for cleaning and whitening.
