It’s impossible to overstate the quality of my experience with Dr. Hanna Heck. She an exceptional professional—knowledgeable, articulate, reassuring, warm, and pleasant. As someone who has never had a dental procedure, I was quite apprehensive. But Dr. Heck’s clear explanations, timely and thoughtful questions, and command of the process allayed my concerns and engendered confidence that I was in the right hands. Who’d have thought a root canal could have been a positive experience?

My fiancé woke up a few days ago with a terrible toothache and our local dentist sent us to Dr. Heck for an evaluation for a root canal. She was extremely thorough, took her time explaining everything and gave us all the options in a detailed manner. We have a plan going forward but in the meantime she was able to alleviate his discomfort by applying antibiotics to the area. I left the room when she initiated the treatment and he told me she even sang to him :-) Jaron at the front desk was very friendly and on top of everything with the insurance coverage and other logistics. We highly recommend Dr.Heck, her office is very streamlined in its operation and a pleasure to work with.

Very horrible experience. went for a second opinion and over the phone they told me it’s $350, during the visit Dr. Heck used some cotton balls on my gum for a total of 2 minutes and in the end I was presented with a $610 bill. I didn’t agree to that additional service and the reception told me there’s no way around it since its already done. But I was not at any point being asked about that extra service. I called back the next day after sleeping on this horrible experience and they told me they will call me back but I have never heard back from them again. I went there because of all the raving reviews but seem like they are carefully managing the reviews to attract new patients
