Looks like I’ll be in the minority. I’ll preference my comments by saying that I was going to be late for my appointment and ended having to cancel because I was going to be later than they’re given grace period. Thats not the issue at all. The issues came when after letting the receptionist know I would have to cancel, but I wanted to check and see if another Ulery location could fit me in that same day, because I was having a lot pain and discomfort in the tooth that I was coming in for. (it was a temporary crown that this location had put on) when I explained everything and asked if she thought the other location could fit me in her reply to me was “I mean you can call and check” in an annoyed tone. I called the other location and they managed to let the doctor at this location know what was going on and managed to fit me, albeit not getting all the work done that I had scheduled, which was fine I just didn’t want to be in anymore discomfort. From the moment I approached the reception desk to the time I checked out, the staff I met were friendly and most professional. In an era of COVID and careful interaction, I was completely comfortable in the lobby and the service areas. I definitely appreciated the chair side manner of Dr. W. I would totally recommend Ulery Dental Laurel to family and friends.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The lady who did my teeth cleaning was very kind and helpful. She gave a few suggestions about how to take care of the mouth higene and what to do for sensitive teeth. The general dentist also was nice and friendly. Thank you!
