I have been going to Dr Nelson over 9 years. I worked in my younger days in a dental office, and when I moved here in 2011, I visited 4 other dentists until I found them. Never have I been told I needed extra work done, and the 6 month cleanings are by far the best. (In all these years I needed one crown done due to a large filling cracking.) Dr. Mulligan and the other ladies are awesome and make you feel comfortable right as you walk in the door. I highly recommend Ultimate Smile Design to friends and on social media without any doubt that they are the best in Brevard County.

They don’t believe that the tooth connects with a organ. I study Chinese medicine. You must look this up before you go. Do not get your teeth pulled. it felt money hungry the vibe. I have found my new dental home! Everyone was awesome from the staff, hygienist to the Doctor (front desk Carmen and the other young lady AWESOME, Rochelle loved her) made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I could’ve set and talk to them all day! Thank you ladies for your kindness it goes along way and I look forward to my future dental care
