I do want to say my son’s dentist is great and work well with my son and his autism. That’s the ONLY reason I will continue to come. However they NEVER answer the phone and one receptionist has an attitude problem. I came in for my son’s appointment and was turned around because I did not have a birth certificate. He’s been here before. She said I would have to reschedule. I asked if I can now? She said “can you what?” With an attitude. She said she can’t schedule unless the DR. tells her..but they don’t answer the phone and I’ve had to come in before just to make an appointment! I felt I had no choice but to walk away. I was distraught. I’ve been trying awhile just to make an appointment. I attempted to call them when I left. I’m so happy I did, I spoke to someone else and she sounded confused as to why I left. She said we can see him today you are fine and I went back. I just do not like the poor service that lady presented. I’ve seen that lady before and have felt the same energy.

My son has an appointment today for a tooth extraction. I've been trying to call since yesterday to see if I need to reschedule,cuz he has an echo appointment tomorrow, and when I called at 8 on the dot, the automated thing says they open at 8:30. This place is ridiculous to talk to someone! I was on hold for 48 minutes and 9 seconds yesterday and hung up,thinking I can speak to someone directly if I call back. Nope. I sent an email which the reply was to send an email to a different email address and I even used the chat, which said someone will call me. I'm so done with this place. My son had a consultation, and now this tooth extraction, so it's not like we've been coming here for years. This is how yall treat new patients?! I understand it'sChicago, its a big city,what do I expect. How about an option for the surgical team? Or more people to actually answer the calls? My son had an appointment at 1:30 , it was past 2:30 and no one had called us yet . My husband decided to go ask what was going on since it had been over an hour of waiting. The girl in the front desk said she was going to go ask the dentist how much longer. She came back and said they weren’t sure how much longer since “ they were behind “ due to short staff. Yet EVERYONE that got there after us had already been taken care off. We had to go pick up our daughter from school at 3:30 & when we told this to the front desk girl she said “we could reschedule “ My husband and I both left work early for this appointment causing us to both lose a day from work . NEVER returning back to this place again..HORRIBLE PRACTICES
