Going in for a root canal consultation is never a thing people love to do - and we still don't. But the education, patience, and care Dr.Kong gave me in my consultation alone tells me I'll be going back for any future root canals I may need. In fact, after the consultation, we didn't even do the treatment - and this is how he makes his living. I appreciate that he didn't push me to treat my tooth that doesn't seem to need it after we did the "does-my-tooth-need-a-root-canal" testings. And I appreciate him walking me through the testing and what it meant and why.

I went to Dr Kong for a root canal on an upper molar. The staff was very friendly and personal. His dental assistant was professional and personable. After the anesthetic injection the procedure was completely painless. Dr Kong was personable and very efficient in completing my root canal.
