UR Medicine Eastman Dental – Downtown

Dr. Robby George was very nice! He was so sweet and kind he was like an angel sent to bless me! His assistant Ramsey was so sweet and helpful too! When i told her something fell on the floor, she was very sanitary not to put it on me. The only complaint I had is that the doors to their office is not electronic. I am on a walker, not to mention, I have a tear in my arm and its very hard to open the door. I asked Dr. George if he can work at the main location for that very reason. He said, i will have the staff open the door for you every time. Then he addressed them immediately! He also introduced me to some very good floaters that can reach towards the back, called crayola flossers. They don't break! So thank you Dr. George for wonderful kind Service. Praise be to God.

I have been to this location on two occasions in the last several months and enjoyed my visits immensely. The street parking outside of the building is easy during the day. My new dentist, Dr. George, is incredibly polite, professional, and has a great sense of humor. He taught me a lot about my condition and also referred me to the TMD Clinic. The staff as well, I found to be very hospitable, including the hygienists and the receptionists. Very clean lobby. Zero complaints. I referred my girlfriend here as well! Thanks!

They NEVER answer the phone & I have been leaving messages for my 2nd week, and no call back, the same tooth they fixed last visit has me headed to the emergency dentist due to the pain, it appears it was filled without removing the decay! The voicemail says leave a message and someone will return call within 24 hours!
