The staff here is great!! I’ve moved to Houston a year ago and couldn’t be more happy with my choice in selecting Urban Dental Uptown! Esther made sure that I was comfortable throughout my cleaning process, friendly and very informative.
First timer. The office was easy to find. The staff were nice. Lots of forms to fill out, understandable, but make sure to fill them out before you get there. Love the new technology, I'm able to receive consent forms via text. Dr. Sosa and the hygienist, Kim, were knowledgeable. They sat down and gave me the 411. The financial person, can not remember her name, broke down the prices for me, letting me know what my insurance is paying and what I need to pay. All and all, I will highly recommend.
I had an AWESOME experience! This is the first time I got super thorough teeth cleaning thanks to Ms. Choi! I highly recommend her. 10/10✨ Her bubbly personality is a bonus to the experience ✨????
