Prepaid three fillings. Paid $300, and on the day of the fillings the supervisor Staff told student only two fillings were necessary and I that I can get a refund. Went to reception, who all are rude all times i been there, was like we can only refund you $9.00 so I was like keep it as a donation. The student was also not very friendly. You get what you pay for at these student clinics. Not coming back.

This place defrauded us. After 2+ years of paying for implants, with the bait and switch scam, they gave my wife dentures that did not fit and weren't what we wanted! They CHARGED US FOR IMPLANTS BUT DELIVERED CHEAP DENTURES! They stopped taking/returning our calls, and wouldn't cooperate in providing us with records afterwards. Horrible customer service, especially with the billing department. They say their implants are "snap-ons"? That's a denture, not an implant! I couldn't believe a UT sponsored business would be so deceitful, inept, and unprofessional. 0.0 stars During 1 of the surgeries, they created a softball-sized bruise on her arm putting an IV in her arm!

Had an appointment with Dr. Medina. Great and caring! Made me very comfortable during the appointment. I am hard to get numb but Dr took care of it from the first shot. Texted me a day after to make sure I am fine. 10/10!
