We've enjoyed our experience with UOC Roy from the very beginning. The staff are friendly and personable. My daughter and I have always felt comfortable here. The music played is appropriate and fun. This office provides lots of opportunities for patients to win prizes, participate in events, and get treats. Dr. Naylor's staff thoroughly outlined the cost for treatment and established a payment plan that barely affects our budget and is paid automatically every month. Dr. Naylor wears various fun, unique shoes; it makes us much more comfortable knowing that our orthodontist has a personality. We will be back when it's time for our son's orthodontic treatment.

Where is the 6 stars option? For 2.5 years of treatment, never did we have anything other than the best welcoming staff. If we had to do it again, it would definitely be at UOC!

I would highly recommend this place. Excellent staff, service and ease of scheduling. Always a friendly warm smile to greet you at the front desk.
