They have new people in the office. I felt I was pushed to pay my payment out loud in front of everyone felt it was aggressive attitude. My crown keeps coming off and they keep asking me for money be aware of Dr. Belle extra careful it seems like she’s all about the money and not really the care of the patient!!!

When I am there getting fitted for my Invisaligns and follow ups they are great but when I have problems with one of my back brackets I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone to call me back to reschedule to have a new one put on. When I got a new one it fell off a second time within the same day and I was still unable to get a hold of someone to at least call me back after leaving more than one message

After waiting over 30 min. I had to reschedule. At 2nd appointment, I waited 30 minutes. I was taken back and my teeth were polished. When the dental hygienist came she did not intend to clean my teeth or remove any scale, telling me that the cleaning had already been done by previous lady. When I insisted on having the scale removed as is standard in a dental cleaning, then took off some scale on only the outside of lower teeth. I had to tell her to do the inside of teeth and to do my upper teeth as well. The lady would not have removed any scale unless I had told her to, and then charged my insurance for a cleaning. Then I would have to wait another 6 months for a decent cleaning. This place is a sham, only doing a minimal amount and then charging your insurance.
