Jessica my hygienist was great. She was very friendly and did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays. My normal dentist wasn't in that day so I had to go with a different one. However, he was quite friendly and was thorough in his examination. Both the dentist and hygienist did not push any unnecessary procedures on me. My appointment was supposed to be at 8:00 am but I was not taken in until 8:20 am. In the future I would recommend trying to adhere to appointment times since we all lead busy scheduled lives.

The receptionist and dentist were very pleasant and professional. I got had an emergency appointment for an aching cracked tooth thinking that it would need to be pulled. They administered x-rays and an examination. The dentist was unsure whether it was salvageable, or needed extraction and set up appointment with an endodontist. The cost was $200. I went to the endodontist and was given the same exam and x-rays (I don't know why they couldn't share the previous x-rays. He worked on the tooth and surmised it needed extraction. He stabilized it so it didn't hurt. The cost was $520 and I still had my bad tooth. I don't know why he didn't pull it. I went back to my original dentist and to get it extracted. He would not pull it until I had a complete exam of my whole mouth so "we" could come up with a "plan." I had the exam, another $220 and still had my bad tooth. I said "please just pull my tooth." He said that Valley Dental had a dentist that specialized in tooth extractio

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid (I’m now 28) and this is one of the places that just keeps getting better. My hygienist Sarah was phenomenal - both in the way she communicated to me (no guilt or shaming- never happens) and in her general demeanor. My doc (Dr. Parsons) was also fantastic.
