The most amazing experience I have had at a dental office in my life, from the front desk customer service to the orthodontist care. I forgot I was at a dental office due to the excellent customer service. I felt like I was at a day spa from the cleanliness to the relaxing music that was playing. The experience was an excellent demonstration of customer service I highly recommend this office.
I have had two procedures here, once in 2022 and again this year (2024) and both went well. Dr.Varella is amazing! The office is nice and clean, the staff is nice, and the wait time is acceptable. I’m very happy with the quality and professionalism of this office. Highly recommended!
I think it’s safe to say no one loves getting a root canal, but I would give this office 10 stars if it were an option. I had two root canals done over two different appointments and both were excellent experiences. I feel like that’s all you can ask for when someone is drilling in your mouth. On top of everything, Dr. Varella and his staff are a group of the nicest people.
