Excellent, I had my consultation in here and have talked to Betsy, she was personable, professional in person and responsive to your calls and emails, although, we only saw eachother and have talked to eachother briefly, but she initially pushed one of the buttons to decide to do it in here. I'm not entirely sure whose who but I think on this location Dr.Wild ( the one with eyeglasses) was also communicative in emails, and overall great. Now, I don't go to this location after everything was all set up because of the limited hours they have, it just wouldn't work even tho it's a little nearer in my house, but I see they updated it now the same as bloomington, but since I have been going to bloomington, might as well continue the pattern. I go to bloomington, Dr. Veil office, I believe, which I will be reviewing after my treatment is done.

Friendly staff with great care! I was about 30 minutes late to the appointment because since the location was downtown Minneapolis, I got lost. But the staffs and Dr. Wild were nice enough to still see me. The initial appointment went quick, but I got all my questions answered and reassured about the whole Invisalign process. Can't wait to get started and to continue my regular check ups here!

I received two consultations in the downtown area for Invisalign. Dr. Wild and Betsey went above and beyond my expectations. The level of professionalism and customer service was second to none. Moreover, they are much more affordable than their counterparts in the area. If you are looking for orthodontic options in the downtown area, definitely check this place out before deciding on any of the offices downtown.
