Friendly personal. My hygienist, Annmarie, makes the appointment a great experience.
I was very impressed by how kind the dentist and assistant both were. I dread going to dentists. This was a positive experience. They were thorough and professional, but on top of that they put you at ease.
I believe Doctor Vic to be a good dentist. His front desk, phone and management staff need to be replaced with people who are experienced in customer service and can show some empathy to people who are in pain. Calling there gives me anxiety because I know I'll be given a serious attitude, and be told the next appointment is several weeks away regardless of the issue. Insurance authorizations are put in promptly, and the dental assistant is always a pleasure. Once my current work is done I will be looking for a new dentist with staff that can handle their positions with some grace.
