Victoria Village Dentistry: Dentist - Implant - Extraction

This is a great doctor with an organized, friendly staff and clean office. My 13 year old needed a root canal and several cavities filled. She was in a lot of pain when she came in. The root canal was terrifying to my daughter who has been with her same pediatrician dentist her entire life and now needed an adult dentist. This doctor was kind, caring and explained everything' very well. She has 25 years experience and a wonderful bedside manner. We have returned since for fillings and the experience was great again.

I just moved to Riverside and I needed to search for a new dentist. I'm glad I found this office. Most dental procedures are difficult, invoncenient, and often painful for me because of my jaw problems. But the people I've met here have all been excellent. All things considered, Dr. Desar was quite nice and made sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciate. Scheduling an appointment was also a breeze.

Very very unhappy with this place..If I can leave no stars I would leave none...husband and son went same day appointments and they took my son in back first when they should've waited till his dad could be there with him, as he was nervous as any 8 yr old would be coming to the dentist.Did not care for the dentist's attitude in in charge there towards my son...she told my husband our son was "being difficult" as if we were in school or as if she had never encountered nervous kids at the dentist????So as a result,she gave him a "referral" to another pediatric dentist, didn't even allow us to have a say if we wanted this new dentist or not..and this is confusing because this dental place at Indiana business is listed as a family dentist ?!Really?!we will not be referring our son to this place they recommended just so they can get more money,and will find another dentist who is truly a family dentist.Will not be returning here..ever.
