Thanks to the Waterloo team for making the dentist office a safe and inclusive space. I felt heard and understood. There was kindness and empathy from the moment they answered the phone to the moment I walked out with a treatment plan.

The staff here is quite professional and skilled and attentive to your personal needs. I get the best teeth cleanings here and recently had two crowns installed and cavity filled without a hitch. Graham Reed is an excellent dentist. The prices I find reasonable and not exorbitant in comparison to other dentists. I never feel like they are trying to push procedures on me that I don't need. I've been using this dental office for 16 years now and simply have no need to look elsewhere.

Best dentist eva! They have the most state of the art equipment that makes every visit stress free. The sandblasting technique they use instead of drilling for cavities is a game changer!! They are super caring and explain everything in detail. No surprise charges. They really take care of thier HAAM clients and are willing to work with you regarding treatment. I HIGHLY recommend these guys.
