Webster Square Dental Care

i went to webster square since was a little. i love Dr Lam. he is very gental and caring for the patient.

The service here is amazing my whole family comes here all the time and never had a problem everyone here is very nice and my teeth never felt cleaner

If I could leave negative stars they would earn them without out a doubt and I haven't even stepped foot in this establishment. I broke a tooth and have a nerve exposed, I called and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back and was told to hold again and when I politely said I was just on hold for 20 minutes I was then given a lecture on why I was on hold that long and to wait. I was pout back in hold for a few more minutes to then be told sorry about your luck but you have to fix something with your insurance or you'll get billed, I told her I have a nerve exposed I don't care about a bill send it I'll fix that later. I was then told no I'm not going to do that call and fix your insurance first, I told her it's an emergency and the hospital won't help they say I need a dentist, I was told no luck again call tomorrow. So fact is if you need medical attention for a TOOTH and you don't have money this DENTIST who I thought where doctors and took an oath is not the case. Money first
