I had a very positive experience for my first 2 visits. The staff are very professional and personable. All questions were answered. The dentist explained everything including if there were options to make repairs. I would definitely recommend West Allis Dental Care. I was a new patient and when I had issues before my scheduled appointment they were understanding and got me in. Thank you West Allis Dental.

I switched due to frequent cancellations by a large chain, 3 times in the past 2 years they cancelled my appointment I had made 6 months ago and then push me out over 3 months and "hope" for an earlier appointment, tough with a childcare component. Just had my first cleaning at WA dental care. It was a refreshing change, meaning that I got everything I needed and nothing that I didn't. Excellent hygienist, great location, professional service.

Great Dentist and Staff. Absolutely hate their scheduling!!! Book 6 months in advance. Then they text saying they need to reschedule. Then you can’t get in for months. They text openings but usually full by the time you call back. Their lack of personal touch with scheduling/rescheduling is disappointing!!! Especially when they canceled on us!!! We would change but we really like the dentist!!! Their Honest.
