West Coast Dental of Menifee

I am super disappointed by this place. This was my first time visiting here. I just saw a dentist 3 months prior to this visit. In my visit the dentist saw me for maybe 5 minutes. He counted “new cavities” and that was it. Didn’t check my gums or anything of the routine I am used to. After the visit they told me I had like 6 new cavities… I just saw a dentist 3 months prior and no cavities. This place has shown me on the very first visit that they are not trustworthy.

I don’t usually leave reviews rather good or bad but I must say this is the BEST dentist you can find, my daughter is 5 and she has pretty bad teeth, took her to western dental and all they told me was she had to be put to sleep for her teeth to be done nothing about how much cavity’s or nothing and wasn’t comfortable with that so took her here, they told us everything that needed to be done and super nice! Wish I would had gotten the names on who worked on my daughter but she was very comfortable, i highly recommend this dentist

I want everyone to know how exceptionally bad they are. I am about to take legal action. They provided mediocre service before, but the real problem happened after I left. I have not been in the state of California since June. I cancelled my ongoing braces services before then and requested my records. I called every week for a month until about September. I needed to get my records for my new dentist. I filled out 2 release forms. I never received my records. That's not all. Weeks later my insurance maximum was billed by a Doctor. I called that doctor. That doctor has not worked for West Coast Dental for years and I have not been in the state of California in months yet I was billed thousands of dollars. I have called the office and complained, but every time they say they'll call back. I have never received a call back. I have had a former employee call his old managers and ask them to call me back. I have never received a call back. I have twice been redirected by the office to som
