The practice keeps improving. I have been very happy with their service: they are professional and thorough.

Each visit they always ask me to leave a review and it took me almost 2 years to really reflect on my time here to feel like I can finally give an honest review. Dr. Phadnis is really wonderful. She's gentle and caring. There is maybe one dental assistant there who I felt was also great but could only seem to get her once. It's a new person every time I visit. However, this is an office full of what seems to be interns or brand new assistants/hygienists. The pain I've gone through for things as simple as cleanings was wild. Every time I'm there, a vital piece of equipment seems to be broken. I had to do an entire cleaning rinsing with a cup of water. I had a crown fitting and the assistant who was trying to fit it on was doing it backwards. They need lots of supervision but it felt like they were just making it up as they go.
