Everyone is always afraid of the dentist no matter what age. However this was my first time here and the entire staff was superb!!! Very kind , very knowledgable, I was 5 mins late they were ready for me with in 5 mins. The establishment very clean, comfortable. I also very confident in the staff. This is my new dentist off. Also the young lady that cleaned my teeth, was equally great at her job. Thank you WEST LOOP SMILE STUDIO. I’m smiling.
The procedure went well but the communication at the front desk could have went much better. The office staff needs to be reminded that they are a reflection of the dentist. A patient should not be told one thing by the dentist and then something else by the front desk.
Exceptional establishment! The premises were impeccably maintained, featuring ample autoclaves. The ambiance carried the pleasant scent of a beauty salon, with tasteful decor and an impeccably clean restroom. The dentist offered informative care, while the hygienist exhibited remarkable patience and friendliness. I'm certainly planning a return visit!
