Came in for a cleaning. Dentist did not look at me until 40 minutes after my appointment time. Then she played "catch up" by only polishing my teeth, not cleaning them. I know the difference. Cleaning requires scraping off minor plaque deposits. This was not done. A complete waste of my time.

Worst dentist ever, will never recommend this place to any friends and family!! If you want to get out of there with multiple scratches in your mouth and teeth cleaning was just 5 min polishing, and could not answer any of my questions

Kind of a late review. I had an abscess in one of my teeth and was in a lot of pain. I went to West Main Dental for help. I was not a patient, they didn’t know me and it was late in the day. They took me right in, took an X-ray and confirmed the diagnosis and prescribed me the necessary antibiotic to help with a treatment for pain as well. For all those who say they don’t care or just want your $, I find that HIGHLY suspect as this was the complete opposite from what I experienced. The entire staff was SO sweet and kind, they were empathetic and caring and I was SO grateful that in my time of pain, they were so wonderful. Highly recommend. Just a step above the rest.
