I’m very dissatisfied with my dentures! No matter what I do they fall out when I eat. I’ve tried several different denture adhesives, I got them resized. I demand dental implants, I am not happy

I've been going to Dr.Thomas for 20 years and I love going everyone was so kind till today . yesterday I had 7 teeth removed, bone scrapped, and then stitches. I took Tylenol and ibuprofen at same time for pain .the next day the pain was real bad the pills were not helping. I called the office, the lady who answered was very nice and told me when Dr. gets back from lunch she'll talk to him and call me back. at 4pm no call so I called back Tha lady who answered the phone was Sarah. she was very rude and told me they don't give meds for pain . That was a lie. In 2020 I had all upper teeth removed and was given medication for the pain she would not even talk to the Dr. I asked her so what do I doI suffer? you can go to the ER or suffer . She was the rudest and no compassion for humans. I guess SHE is the reason they have so many one stars. West shore family dentistry needs to re evaluate the front desk people cause I see alot of one stars in the future. and that's so unfortunat

5 stars for the patience and friendliness of every hygienist we've seen, especially Lily. And 3/4 stars for the actual dentists. Makes you feel as though your just cattle being pushed through. Which I don't mind, I don't have dental anxiety or problematic teeth, but some people may take as rude, non-empathetic, or disconnected.
