The front staff is very rude, have such a bad attitude, and they never answer the phone. The whole team needs training on how to communicate better customer service. Instead of antagonizing patients, they should focus on answering their phone calls.
Been coming here for more than 5 years. Staff has always been very attentive. Zendaida was very helpful with explaining the billing and process, now that my eldest daughter s going to have braces. Again, the staff has always been very helpful and I have never had a bad experience with this office.
I loved the Orthodontist here as his work is very satisfactory. I love my son's new smile so very much! Very well done! ????
