This place is garbage. I have 3+ years here when my term was only suppose to be 2. The doctor here is awful he refused to work on me simply because I didn’t have my rubber bands on. My appointments are always getting canceled by them simply because they are behind on schedule. Everytime I come in for my appointment I spend so much time waiting to be attended. Once the doctor and I agreed it’s time to get my braces removed they simply never got back to me. I have 5+ months simply waiting and calling for an appointment. I don’t and won’t ever recommend this orthodontist office to any one.

This place is nothing but a money grab. They only want X-rays. Make 2 appointments to do one thing. This place has always done this. The worst part is you'll be waiting for hours before you're seen.

they always cancel my appointments the girl at the front with the glasses is so rude she doesn't have customer service skills she just said "take a seat" without acknowledging my questions i've been at this dentist for 3 years which is way over my term was supposed to be & i still have more work needed with my braces such a horrible experience they need to fix this im tired of coming here i wont ever recommend this place to anybody poor doctors are filled with patients they cannot service this is an issue that needs to be addressed by upper management
