Worst customer service ever, I would advise not to pay full amount before service otherwise they will play you in so many different ways to not to give you your service properly . I have been wasting my so many work days and other busy time just to get to talk to them and get my service about my braces. Staff are not professional they think patients are fool and bend the policy based on the situation.
I had such a wonderful experience today at Western all the ladies right in the front desk are so helpful every time I came in to see the orthodontist Dr. shout out to him one of a kind all the doctors in the back. We’re really nice to me even assistance back they’re very respectful I highly recommend Western Dentist for all your dental needs and everything else
Sonia and Dolores were very welcoming, professional and informative. It has been a long time since I visited the dentist and they definitely helped make coming in a lot more calm and peaceful.
