Visited this place first time with 9:30 am appointment, arrived 9:32, and was told by the reception that the dentists were in the meeting and couldn’t start seeing patients until 10 am. Then they called my insurance to verify the status, and told me they couldn’t get the fax until 24-48 hours later. So I was wasting 1 hour there, still couldn’t get service. I called my insurance after left the door, and the person in the phone said that was wrong, they can fax right away. I told my insurance that please don’t bother, I would just switch my provider immediately. Not only me, my whole family are switching too.

Dr. Wong is a great Orthodontist; nice, compassionate, and tries everything to make sure the patient is happy. I would give him 5 stara. However, the front office is the absolute worst. My retainer broke and I need them to order a new one--without the retainer, my teeth are moving back to where they were before I started coming here. In other words, all the time and money I paid for the braces is wasted because I have no retainer to wear. The orthodontic side never answers the phone. I call constantly and they never answer. I called the dental side, they transfer me to orthodontics, and then don't answer (they're feet away from each other.) I even called the customer service center and they put me on hold while they try to reach them and are auto-transferred back to customer service. The customer service representative even laughed in dismay and said, "I called, they're not answering, and their line transferred me back to my line in customer service." Horrible costumer service, the " secretary" was rude only been once there so they make my second appointment for next week ,unfortunately I was not available cuz of my job ,I called to change my appointment and they make me sound crazy as if my appointment never existed or I imagine it, I successfully change my appointment after going back and forth with the lady ,she is like " oh your appointment is with orthodontics not general" I say ok I'm not a doctor ,you guys gave me the card and my next appointment, she says I don't have it ,I say ok make me a new appointment, she finally makes one ,but once again I need to change it so I call back t min after ,,I believe it was the same lady I tell her I literally just called to change my appointment but I do need to change it once again and last time. She says it doesn't exist, what! What kind of workers they have there ? As a costumer why would I ctrate an imaginary situation, I tell her why is is so complicated just to find me on the syste
