Came in for a dental work due to an aged dental fill that came loose causing pain when eating. After the Xray was done. The dentist somehow didn’t even attempt to look the tooth or made a routine physical examination of the teeth. Instead, she just glanced over the x-ray and determined that a deep cleaning with antibiotic treatment was sufficient, that there was nothing wrong with the tooth, and insisted on selling this periodontal treatment program called GumX. Not surprisingly, the program was not covered by the insurance and of course they started to cajole me into a payment plan. The infuriating thing was that even after I agreed to the treatment, willing to pay the extra money, and asked for my aching tooth to be looked at, they still refused, telling me to come back at another time for the cleaning and periodontal treatment. Read a lot of negatives about WD but they took my insurance so had to go. Everyone from the desk to the dentists to the finance person was very helpful and friendly. I still have more work to be done but great so far. Follow up visits have also been very good. Excellent staff all around.

I just had a horrible experience here as a new patient. I had an appointment scheduled for 2 PM and I was on time. I walked out and canceled at 2:40. There was a patient who was speaking to the front desk staff and appeared to tie up a lot of their time. He was asking them very detailed questions about dental surgery, and both of the two staff behind the desk were taking a lot of time to answer his questions. My new patient paperwork sat on the desk while this was going on. Unfortunately, there were two people who came in after me that were called back first who had later appointment times than me. I checked in with the desk two times however, they continue to tend to the man who was at the desk. The front desk did not start processing my new patient paperwork until I went up the second time. I could tell that the other patient was holding them up. It was nearly 2:40 so I walked out and canceled my appointment. I would not recommend this office at all. This was the worst dental office
