AVOID GOING HERE. Very bad experience. (Upon checking in) 1. Front desk: "your insurance is not verified and its best if you reschedule" Me: i spoke with someone at this office and they said everything was good for my apptmt. If there was an issue why didnt u call and cancel my apptmt before i drove 20 mins? 2. Office manager : "we r sorry we dropped the ball, but its best if u come back" Me: i will pay for the service if my insurance rejects the claim. (They were refusing this option even though its their fault !!) 1 hour later: Finally: "oh we found the paperwork, it was here all along" . Now they tell me we can only fit u in for xray and exam something i didnt book. I booked a cleaning. After discussing for another 15 mins, They cleaned my teeth for 3 mins after waiting on the chair for over an hour. Ridiculous Zero customer service. Every step of the process was overdrawn and lacked competence. Disaster experience
Service is great! Valerie was very helpful and Monica and Jackie did a great job making me feel comfortable during the visit. Highly recommend
