For my 2nd annual visit at Western Dental's Lemon Grove dental clinic, the assistant only polished my teeth and said it was a "cleaning". Luckily their lead dentist gave me a great cleaning... but I had to repeatedly ask the front desk and then the manager, and there's a lot to what happened that was bad, I am not saying it all. The stars don't reflect the 5 star cleaning I got later on that day...my appt was at 10:30 AM and I didn't get the actually cleaning until 3:00 pm. Waited 2+ hours for the five minutes teeth polishing and then an additional hour for the 2nd cleaning. The actual cleaning later on was from the lead dentist because they knew what they did to me and he knew they refused to clean my teeth. He was nice and professional. Several of the other staff and managers were mean to me. I am not explaining everything that happened .... being given a children's toothbrush "it's all they had" being called "Mama".. it wasn't nice it was fresh. Also I was asked by the manager if I

It was my first time to go there . Everything was organized. Staff were so good and professional. The Nurse was taking care of me was Hein , she was very nice and professional. Highly recommend ????????

Been going here for 2 years and find myself repeatedly frustrated with the unprofessionalism. Consistently told I have to reschedule by the front desk for nonsensical reasons. The most recent rescheduling was due to the fact that my insurance could not be verified despite the fact I have been attending this location for 2 years. During my last visit, I spent 2 hours here and only managed to receive xrays. Overall, I do not recommend this location and will personally will not be returning.
