My visit today was excellent. I didn't have to wait long for service at all. The doctor and nurse were very friendly and got me out in a timely manner. I was very impressed.

Called and was on hold for over 20 min, while driving there.. Get there these 2 girls they have at the front desk literally sitting there ignoring all calls.. Like really, people mouth is hurting and they not doing their jobs.. Rude and unprofessional.. What has this world come too?? Now have been waiting over 2 hours..

My mother in law came in and was told she has an infection under the denture they put in last week. They told her her prescription will be ready in an hour. So she walked a 20 minute walk (she’s 75) to the cvs and they never put in the prescription order. So I took her back and they told her they’ll talk to the dr and call her. They never called. It is the weekend now is she’s in pain and afraid the infection will get worse. We tried calling as well and it’s literally impossible to get ahold of them. I was on hold for 20 minutes they answered and hung up.
