Western Dental & Orthodontics

The doctor they had covering today showed up late without notifying anyone and my appt for 9:30am was delayed. It's now past 11am and I'm still waiting. Nice enough staff but it's entirely unproffesional that the doctor did not take the inititive to inform the front desk of his lateness and I saw multiple people who showed up to have to reschedule because of it. They should not be overbooking appts if the staff they have cannot handle the volume(one of the DAs also had a no call/no show so that's not cool), what is the point of the appt time if the patient is the only one being punctual... and I'm in my car now because I was informed during the middle of this review that the doctor they have in is only doing treatments today. I'm stuck waiting a week now. Cool bilingual front desk ladies, but the rest of this experience has sucked.

Run just run, it took me 3 hours to take an X-ray with a pre-booked appointment, no respectful on time at all... and they said there was only one doctor on that day (but why accepting so many appointments if all doctors are off-work?). Also, although no dentist, they have advertising consultants. Their consultant recommend me to do a light Orthodontics for 6months (I did orthodontics before just a bit rebound), and they said if I can accept the treatment today is ~$3800 but tomorrow is ~$7800...... Do not go to this place. I already had skepticism about western dental due to them screwing with my dad’s teeth 20 years ago and left him with lingering pain that he still deals with to this day so I had still had doubts. Unfortunately my insurance at the time selected this and I just said fine, a cleaning and checkup is fine. I ended up paying for a procedure to take care of my teeth and it turns out they charged me an additional 200 dollars for a service I never even had! Don’t go to western dental! They are not the greatest dentist
