Show up with an appointment expect 1 hour 30 mn wait for Xrays and another 2 hours in the room waiting for an examiner to do the work. Over booked patients and not enough examiners my son was told they don't have enough examiners and wait outside.
My husband needed new dentures and Western Dental- Dr Morales- did a very good and professional job. Dr Morales was very exact and caring on the fit and that was really appreciated!
Rude to new patients, racist to anyone that’s not Hispanic, and literally tried to refuse me service until I decided no way they’re getting my money and I left. She tried to tell me they couldn’t take me so I called the number and immediately got a same time appointment. Then the other receptionist was making snard comments under her breath to her coworker. I canceled immediately, you guys are definitely a rude practice
