They made and set a appointment for my son knowing his age and when we came in they said they don't take kids under 14 here why not say that befor you set an appointment lames

Drove 1 hour for 1st visit: 1 hour and 15 minutes wait for my appt. Tried calling to cancel my next appt for Monday, 20 minutes on hold. Called back again and finally got through. Good thing I called. No appt was set up for Monday. I'm driving 3 hours to see my previous dentist.

RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL UNPUNCTUAL AND JUST GHETTO ! They run this place like death row records LITERALLY , the front desk is always rude the office managers are always changing this is the worst western dental I ever been to they lack customer service BAD. Everytime I’ve went in I feel like I’m bothering them whoever answered the phone today was just rude I asked to speak to a manager and of course no one was available like always I don’t understand how this office is even still open and operating I rather drive an hour away to Merced then to deal with the lack of ethics and empathy here. WORST WESTERN DENTAL PERIOD
