Western Dental & Orthodontics

This place is horrible always only have one doctor who never gets the work completed. Front desk workers are rude and never answer your questions completely they just stare at you like they're lost. This place just want your money and like to waste time having you sitting in the lobby while their eating and talking in Spanish. I will be filing a complaint on this establishment for lack of professionalism period.

Anytime I'm visiting Western Dental at the National City I am disappointed The receptionist is very very forgetful and never helping customers on time and right Like this Monday I called I made an appointment at 9:30 after 2 days she's calling me reminds me I have an appointment but 11:30 then I try to explain her that my appointment is 9:30 she's like no your appointment is 11:30. But still I was agreed. when I showed up at 11: 30 she's saying no you're appointment is 9:30 . You are late ????when I started to explaining and showing her phone number a day before she called at 4:57 pm. first she said no she never called and after she said no you are appointment is 9:30 but she can schedule me for next week and it's not the first time happening she did the same in few months ago with me I almost want to give up to visiting those Western Dental Last month I did my teeth cleaning. both side they did total seven injection . Was very painful that I stopped one of. where I was surprised

I am usually terrified of the dentist. But this office made me feel so comfortable, in particular Kassandra Gomez! She was so helpful, only suggested what I needed and was very patient and understanding to my budget. If you need dental work, your in good hands at Western Dental, your in better hands with Kassandra Gomez!!!!
