Really bad scheduling. I was over 3 hours at the office for a cleaning. Missing Anna ho is a way better manager on organizing everything. Over all the dentist did a good job.

NEVER COME HERE. I was convinced to pay cash up from for pulling teeth and partials. They STOLE my money, can't find my partials. Was never able to get a 2nd appt to have teeth pulled. And after getting up to leave twice during initial visit. Was convinced by thy dentist she would take care of my needs. $3495 and it took me 6 months to be refunded about 850$ . On top of that, my friend who referred me got braces. 3 weeks ago had to have them removed by a real family dentist! And I'm still trying to get invoice for what they charged me for. And my partials. I had dental insurance. I don't think they even filed the claim. Just stole my money

If I could actually put a 0 I would how could you schedule someone an appointment. But yet have your doors locked! I don't want to hear apologies for your sorry services you guys need to learn professionalism and how to treat customers this place is very unorganized and it's sad to say that it's a dentistry! Stay far away from this place! They need to learn how to run a business because they clearly don't know what they're doing there.
