Everyone at this location was super helpful Ana and Paloma helped me set up my appointments and the manager Patty helped me with an affordable treatment plan
Bad bad customer service (not office clerks) Only from so called Dr. Dentist Who don't like their job and have been forced to be dentist, or for their personal life reason but sadly its true they are rude careless not clean overall very unprofessional I hope others have better luck there because sadly I found out too late ???? To the point that they made me cry Hate to write reviews but I had to let my pain out Oh and the other 5 star review are because they give u a free whitening teeth kit I fell for it too but no -not no more
This was the time I used this insurance. And The first visit to this office. 4024 12th st., Riverside, ca. The Dr.s, staff, support team and administrators were awesome!! They were knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I went in for a simple extraction and came out with a healthy mouth!! (In my near future!!)
