Western Dental & Orthodontics

This is by far the worst dental office ever. I had an appointment here for Friday, and when I went there, she said she didn't see an appointment at first, and then she said that she found it, but they still didn't proceed with the appointment because it was too late and they don't accept appointments after 5. I went there at 4:30. They were very rude and impatient, especially the dentist. He didn't explain to me why my teeth were hurting and just quickly left. They gave me a very hard time and I would never recommend this to anyone. THE WORST!! They accepted my appointment over the phone but when we went there they didn't do anything and said it was too late for today and soonest appointment was next month. ????????

Dr. Cardona and her assistant Liz are the best team I have had at this location, they work so good together, they are awesome. They are so good with my 5 yr old they make him feel brave to get his teeth fix and they are fast and efficient in doing their job that is done very well. I appreciate them for their job well done every time we visit the dentist office.

I am what you would call a forever patient. Myself and my children have been patients at Western Dental formally Access Dental for years and the service provided by the entire team has always been exceptional. Lucy and Kim are absolutely amazing there so welcoming, approachable, cordial, polite, informative and know what they are doing. They know me well and which provider work best with me and my children and schedule the appointments accordingly. They always ensure my appointments are scheduled on the days and times that work best for my personal schedule, I feel very well taken care of. I appreciate how they take the time to make my attending my appointments effortless. I promise you will not be disappointed with the office staff at Western Dental Marysville Blvd…I travel a great distance and remain a loyal patient because it is worth it. Thank you for all that you do!
