The dentist Dr. Gill and his assistant was absolutely incredible. He was kind, understanding, gentle, and handled me with care. I’ve been with Western Dental now for more than a year and I HATE the service overall and would not recommend what so ever. However, if Dr. Gill and the service I’ve received today is a change that this office is making I truly support it and would recommend. Top 3 dentist I’ve ever had in my life. We are quick to say what we don’t like in regards to service and I wanted this Angel of a Dentist to receive his flowers today. Thank you

They cancelled the appointment without informing and the excuse they gave was that they were calling to ask me to come early. The number they gave didn't belong to me but still they insisted that the fault was mine. I don't understand why they were calling somebody else's number when they have my number. They have been sending tax messages and emails to me. This is not the first time this has happened, I have experienced this for at least 5 times. The doctor's and staff working inside are very polite and professional but the front desk staff sucks. They are unprofessional and rude. The lady serving me said: "if you don't like our service than you are free to change your dental provider". Who speaks to their customers like this.

For the Ortho Building NOT the regular office, which is absolutely awful. Friendly staff! I really liked the ladies up front, especially the young lady with the braces. She was very sweet! Also the nurse and the doc were both very nice, and did a great job with my kids ????. If we’re going to be visiting somewhere frequently for braces I am so relieved that I don’t have to search for somewhere else because I couldn’t stand the staff. It’s always so nice to be surprised this way!
