If I can give zero star, this place would be truly deserving that ZERO. Everyone from front desk to the dentist is awful. They act as if I owe them money. They are not willing to help, and they make you feel like trash. This is even before I saw the dentist. Wow, he wants my money. This is my first visit here, just switching to the new plan. He gave me a 3 page problem list that I can't read, because they are all dental codes, and he and his assistants are not in the mood to make this list readable to me. I know my dental condition is pretty fair, but he wants me to believe I owe 30 years of dental care, then he refuses to give me regular cleaning. Because he claims I must use deep cleaning. While this sounds like professional advice, it is not. I had good dental plan for a long time, and I always received praise for my very good dental hygiene. The fact I had to write this review is embarrassing. I have never had to write a review about a restaurant, medical clinic, etc. I waited an hour past my appointment time to even get seat in the back area. Waited another hour for the actual dentist to look at my teeth. And I’ve waited another 45 minutes to get my procedure started. Just completely atrocious. I will not be coming back. If I could give zero stars I would. Edited: They made me wait so long the clinic closed and I am unable to even get my procedure completed on the day I came in. Basically, I came in here to waste three hours of my life. 3:30 p.m. appointment time. 6:00 p.m. when finally the clinic closes. 6:04 p.m. when I finally received my information about what to do about my teeth. They said the best they could do is get me in at 8:00 am the next day.

Thank you to my doctor Amara and Myra they were so helpful and courteous. The day before my root canal procedure I was so nervous but with the help of western dental and there wonderful staff I was able to have my procedure done painless and fast. I’ve been here about 5 times now and the office staff are always so helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
