This place is great I haven't been to the dentist in years so I was a little bit nervous everybody there made me feel very comfortable Dr Manickam was extremely informative and my dental hygienist Yoanna was so sweet and helpful with all my xray...she too was very informative. There was also a kind man named Mauricio who helped me with my billing and paperwork. I would definitely recommend this place...very honest Dr's and staff....place was clean and well kept.

My first time here. The office was clean, the staff were friendly and professional. They took full X Ray and did basic cleaning. Both doctors are knowledgeable and kind. They recommended putting a crown for one of my teeth. Their price is about 25% higher than my previous dentist so I’m not sure if I do it. Overall, I am very happy with Western Dental.

THIS DENTAL PLACE DESERVE A ZERO STAR. Is there an option? Lol. My appointment is 9:30, and I was assisted at 10AM, with the most non energetic receptionist I’ve ever met. I AM ONLY HERE AT THIS PLACE FOR BASIC CLEANING (which my insurance covered) but they have the rules saying that they don’t do cleaning unless I do X-RAY and exam first. I told them that I had my X-RAY a year ago and everything is fine, I only want basic cleaning. I did the exam and Xray anyways and they found out and I have cavities (which I’m aware of it) and they did a BEYOND UPSELLING, that I need to this and that, bla bla bla bla. They hand me a price breakdown worth of 2k$. Wow! Golden Dental Service!!! I said No, I only needed a cleaning. They handed me a paper again that is worth $1k and my insurance will cover $500+ and I need to pay $400+. Like what?? And I said” can I just do a only a basic cleaning like what I do to my other dentist on my other town that I used to live? Because that’s all I need really” T
