Worst dentist experience I've ever had. No fax (can't send records anywhere else), out of date referral database (referred to retired surgeon, given no alternative), multiple HOURS wait time at every appointment (visited 3 times, absolutely will not again), impossible to get on the phone (gave up after an hour on hold, not even a way to leave a voicemail).

Do not go to this facility they will waste your time. You'll have an appointment at 11am and they will not start your appointment until 3 to 4hrs later. Please don't make an appointment at 4pm you won't be seen. They'll literally escort you to the back and have you wait in a chair for hours and then call you back to the lobby and try to charge you for dental work they did not perform on you that day because they close at 6pm and when you come back for your appointment next visit you'll still have to wait for hours. This particular office needs to be shut down. I could not believe the service I received and I have Cigna dental insurance from my employer.

My friend has numerous appointments at this location, but they cancelled them to replace her with other people. People physically can not cancel appointments to work on someone else. Not cool.
