I am Very Pleased and thankful for the staff at Western Dental. The treatment I got last week Was Exceptional. Highly Recommend

They told me to show up 30 min early to my first appointment because it was my disabled brother’s first appointment. The office doesn’t open until 9am and my appointment was at 9. We were standing outside for 30 minutes. When checking in, they told me the appointment was canceled because the doctor went on vacation. She said I should have been told even though I confirmed my appointment three days prior. Finally after filling out the paperwork for my next appointment, they told me they can’t help my brother because of his disability. I spent an hour making an appointment because I had to explain his disability in the first place.

I have had nothing but good experiences here, the people were very friendly and eager to help me with getting my partial just right! Love Dr Sloan! My new partial fits great!
