Western New York Dental Group Brighton: West Henrietta Road

I’m very disappointed with how this office handled my appointment. Over a month ago I booked online a Saturday appointment, as a new patient. Received numerous texts and emails confirming this appointment. I currently have a cavity and have been waiting for over a month to have it taken care of. Two days before my appointment, I receive a phone call from Ashley, calling to cancel my appointment because it was not booked for the allotted amount of time needed for a new patient. My complain here is how she handled the call, was not willing to help me in any way get a visit in, and was not concerned that I now will be taking my care to another practice. This booking issue should have been caught and addressed earlier than 2 days before my appointment because now I am stuck with no appointment and a cavity that I have to scramble to get care for. Also, maybe if they caught this booking error earlier, there probably would have been room in the schedule to fit in a new patient. Very poor cus

Kristine, my hygenist was absolutely wonderful! I have very sensitive teeth, and she took her time to ensure I was comfortable and that my teeth were taken care of properly. It was one of the best hygenist appointments I have ever had. I would definitely reccomend her! Dr. Carroll is also the -best- dentist I have ever had, hands down.

Dr. Chance extracted my wisdom teeth in 2018 and I just referred a close friend to see her. I can’t say enough good things about her. I was nervous to have my wisdom teeth all taken out, but she made the process so comfortable. The consultation was great and I learned so much, Dr. Chance is very knowledgeable. After my procedure she gave me her cell phone number and I had to text her a few times. I wish all dentist were like her. If you have any worries - don’t because she will make sure you are satisfied and she goes the extra mile. She even refunded a portion of my surgery because it was not as bad as anticipated.
