Western New York Dental Group Brighton: West Henrietta Road

I’m very disappointed with how this office handled my appointment. Over a month ago I booked online a Saturday appointment, as a new patient. Received numerous texts and emails confirming this appointment. I currently have a cavity and have been waiting for over a month to have it taken care of. Two days before my appointment, I receive a phone call from Ashley, calling to cancel my appointment because it was not booked for the allotted amount of time needed for a new patient. My complain here is how she handled the call, was not willing to help me in any way get a visit in, and was not concerned that I now will be taking my care to another practice. This booking issue should have been caught and addressed earlier than 2 days before my appointment because now I am stuck with no appointment and a cavity that I have to scramble to get care for. Also, maybe if they caught this booking error earlier, there probably would have been room in the schedule to fit in a new patient. Very poor cus

I wanted to switch offices to be cooler to home but they weren’t helpful. I only get my teeth cleaned every 3 months, been 20 + years. I make appointments ahead of time, usually 2. Michele in Henrietta told me I couldn’t because it took spots away from other people. She refused to accommodate me. This is after 20 years. Ok. I guess you want me to find another dentist then

A well earned 5 stars! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, with the bottom 2 being impacted. Initially, I was anxious but Dr. Chance took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. She even sent me a text the next day to see how I was doing! All appointments were prompt and efficient too!
