Westmoreland Family Dentistry

I found this dental office via Google. It was also in-network with my insurance. My hygienist, Lisa is always gentle and kind. My appointments are easy to schedule. I am flexible too with my visits and sometimes am able to be seen earlier than initially scheduled. The waiting area is clean, organized, refreshing, and relaxing. The exam rooms are also private and isolated from other patients. The dentist is efficient and provides excellent care. I’m really pleased with the service I receive at Westmoreland.

I moved to Augusta last year, and I found it very hard to book a new dentist. After an exhaustive search, this practice was one of the few that was accepting new patients. I had my initial first visit last month and I was quite pleased. First of all, I was able to get a 7:30AM appointment, which is very unusual for a dental practice to offer. The office is very relaxing, and for an early morning, I noticed that all of the staff looked happy and upbeat. I had to wait less than 5 mins before going back for my services. When I got to the back, my hygienist was very detailed and was able to quickly assess my treatment. I was also very pleased to be able to have the cleaning done on the same day as my first appointment. A lot of dental offices require patients to come back for a 2nd appointment to get a cleaning.
