Westwood Aesthetic Dentistry - Dr. Chase Alexander Tomcala

My first visit was a cleaning that was billed to the wrong insurance and I was sent a bill for $1,000! Then Dr. Chase encouraged me to replace a crown - during that appointment I experienced poor communication and poor service. I didn't go back, but this crown fell off just 10 months later! When I made an appointment for Dr. Chase to fix this issue, my appointment was cancelled within 40 minutes of the appointment time via TEXT - I was already in my car when I saw the message. No one apologized to me for the poor experience or the poor work done. Avoid this place at all costs!

The experience at Westwood Aesthetics from start to finish was fantastic. I was cheerfully greeted immediately upon arrival and assisted by Dr. Alexander's staff. Dr. Alexander was very friendly, thorough, and professional as he discussed my upcoming treatment.
