I have been a patient of Dr Whitlow for a long time. In fact my grandparents, and my Mom and Dad were patients of Dr Whitlow's Father as well. Dr Whitlow has also been the dentist to one of my sons. We have been around for a while now, and it's because Dr. Whitlow is such a great Dr. He is doing dental implants on me. They are in now and I never had 1 minute of pain during the procedure. The next day I was just fine no pain no problems. Dr. Whitlow was have a sale on doing implants so I got a great deal from him. Great prices, great work. no pain, in and out. If you are thinking about getting implants or even crowns down please give Dr Whitlow a try. You won't be sorry. I have several friends who come to get their dental work from Dr Whitlow. We had a older family member go; things were k for the first few visits, then billing staff began behaving rudely (as if they did not remember who we were); everytime we came in the insurance was paying less we were paying more. If we asked a question they treated us like we where meth heads or dum mexicans. I really dont know why we paid a lot 5k.. and the insurance paid. We had a problem and they will not refund the money ... be careful because you pay for service BEFORE you get them. Its very expensive then we found out they billed us for x rays when we had 100% coverage.... maybe personal thnk... just be careful... we are Not Court people,,, meaning we arent going to sue.. but it not getting the service and still owing on your credit card... is a little dishartneing and it was all the rude ness that comes from there office staff. (In time you will see that smile turns into .... burn out on patients... it was on youtube and 60 minutes... they turn out evil... we are praying fo
The entire staff, including Dr. Whitlow and Dr. Yau are always so welcoming and professional. They explain treatments and estimates thoroughly and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. I'm really happy with the care my family receives from Whitlow Dental Care.
