Told me I couldn’t call until September 2nd unless my face was swollen. They’re the only place that I would be able to go to outside of my work hours seeing as I work 8 to 4 weekdays and the other dentists office is only open those hours on the weekdays and then they’re not open on weekends. I’m only able to sleep about two hours each night because of the pain in my mouth and I’m taking pills nearly every three hours because of the pain as well. I just found it weird that a dentist office would say that even though they are dentist office and should understand that just because my face is not swollen, does not mean that I’m not going through severe pain.

I was nervous about this place since the reviews were so bad and I hadn't been to a dentist in 6 years before my visit. Getting an appointment was rough as well. I called in March to schedule an appointment and the soonest date i could pick was 3 months out and then I got a call a week before my appointment saying there was a mistake on the schedulers side so they had to push it another month. Luckily, this was just a normal check up with no serious issues so I waited. Upon my arrival, the line was out the door and the person at the front desk was very efficient and respectful with handling all the patients that came in at the same time. I made it into the chair and noticed the room was very clean (there was one bug but it's the summer time so I imagine it came in from outside). The dental hygienist was on the quiet side at first but respectful, polite, caring, and eagerly answered any questions I had. The dentist was also great and was happy to answer all of my questions. I had a tooth pulled 2 weeks ago. Everyone was friendly and efficient. The dentist did and excellent job. I was in and out in under an hour and they called 3 days later to check on me. I know this clinic has had issues in the past, but this is clearly a new day. Great job Whitney Young!
